All the work he has ever done for us--probably 15-20 projects for which he has been paid $10,000 - $15,000--are either done to our satisfaction, or in a case where there are problems, he fixed them for free. He hadn't heard of Angies List when I told him I would offfer a review and he doesn't really "market" except through word-of-mouth. bThis is an old-fashioned "good guy."
