I've always gotten good service but because they're always so busy, it can be difficult to get a quick appointment.

It was very satisfactorily. Very easy process. when I bring the car in they will give me a loaner car to use.

My wife picked out a new car at Williams. They took us into the sales managers office and he told us the GM

warranty on the car was not very good and we needed to get the extended warranty that would cover and quot;everythingand quot;

that could happen to the car. After the standard warranty was over the shifter fell apart and the car was stuck

in third gear. We had the car towed to the dealer and paid 45.00 for a cab ride home.

The dealer looked it over and said the 700.00 extended warranty would not cover the repair because the parts

did not break or wear out, they fell apart.

It seems the warranty that covers and quot;everythingand quot; did not cover parts that fall off the car with normal use.

I will never buy another GM car or anything from Williams new or used.

They did a good job changing the oil. Missed some of my free inspection items.

Went in to drive through oil change facility. Went as planned, did not try to sell any services I did not need. Very pleasant workers, would go to again.

I drove right into the service area to check-in. They were ready for me. Everyone was happy and professional. I walked to the mall and received a phone call an hour later that it was done. They offered to pick me up at Target. I wanted to walk. My car was easily picked up when I walked back and they had even cleaned the outside for me. My daughter was thirsty and their water machine was out. Cameron, saw me and asked if he could help. He came back with 2 ice cold bottles of water. This was over and above the call of duty but SO MUCH appreciated. I could not be happier with my car of the service of this dealership.

Did not purchase vehicle from them but they, none the less did the work -- no questions asked. And thanked us for letting them service our vehicle.

The transmission flush was estimated at $265 and was to take 2 hours. They had trouble with the equipment and it took 4 hours instead. The good news was that it came in $54 under estimate. Very professional service department.

We are unhappy because they continuously try to sell us products our car does not need.

I feel that they are honest.

I have been going to them for over five years. They have a really friendly staff and they are knowledgeable. I had a quick oil change. I would recommend them to others and would continue to use them in the future.

From a sales perspective F I would drive to Arizona before I buy from Williams again.
Service Perspective D I finally got the service done, after 2 attempts and having to explain the problem and how they needed to fix it.

Excellent service in both cases. Loan car supplied at no cost. Shuttle service also available. All work explained and had no difficulty with insurance or warranty.

They are very good. The follow up on their service.
