"[member name removed] accused our technician of damaging her property. She also threatened to tell the entire neighborhood about it in an effort to bully our technician. She was less than cordial on our first phone conversation. I was familiar with her property and questioned her story over the phone. I also personally inspected property to confirm my suspicions. We made the decision to discontinue her service and refunded her promptly. We reminded her about slander and libel laws. That was the extent of our threat. We also have documentation available. We take our livelihood very seriously and will not work for unreasonable people, especially when lying or false accusations are happening. And for the record, the technician was our son. She also accused him of smoking on her property but admitted she didn't actually see him smoking."
