Their measurements were slightly off so now some of the blind pulleys that keep the cords in place interfere with the operation of the blinds. Of course, since they only brought enough pulleys for about half our order, this was not immediately obvious. It took Trend three months to return to install the rest of the pulls. We called them every two weeks during this period. Every call involved them telling us they were just about to call us. Right. What blind installer doesn't have handfuls of hardware to deal with these issues. Our first house went only slightly better as several of our blinds needed repair after their installation. It wasn't easy to get Trend back but when they did show up, they did a good job. While we would like to recommend them, in the end, we simply can't.
