I would possibly use the division within their company for sprinkler turn on/off and maintenance. However, the division that helps with landscaping and design was difficult to work with and hard to have scheduled. The landscape design person was supposed to come to our house 3 different times, rescheduling each time except the last time he just never called back. I gave up on having the design person come help us plan. I felt we spent a good amount of money during the summer, but I felt like we were just 'small business' to them in the way they acted- not very professional.  I did like the employees who came to perform the services with our landscaping; very nice, professional, and easy to work with. Sadly we would most likely use a different company, this company seems to be good but its not worth my time dealing with the 'office' staff.

Eric came out to do an estimate within a day or two of our calling.  We had the written estimate within two days after that.  Their estimate was much lower than the other estimate we obtained.  They showed up on time on the date given and installed the entire system with minimal disturbance to our yard.  The workmen were very friendly, courteous and professional.  They thouroughly explained how to operate the system before they left.  When someone drove over a sprinkler head within the first week and broke it, they came out the next day and moved the heads backs and did the repair.  We were very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend them.

They were always prompt and professional.  They completed the entire
project on time and included an additional 10' foot of boulder wall,
moved a mature ornamental tree, built a small boulder retaining wall
next to the house where railroad ties once  provided retention and
excavated additional land outside of the quote without an extra charge. 
I am very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this
company  for this kind of work.

They seemed to know what they were doing. They did a good job. They are not the cheapest, but when they come to fix things, it works.

Keith, at Traverse Outdoor, was prompt for every appointment.  He actively listened to us while walking the property and came up with an excellent landscape plan, incorporating many of our stated desires.  He set the plan up so we could do some of the work ourselves and his team was prompt, professional and competent.  It has been a very pleasant experience.

They do excellent work. They come out when they say they will.  That is why i keep calling them!
