The Ferraro Group

As the new owner of Ferraro Group, Dane assumed our project as it was nearing completion. Part of our home is nearly 100 years old and we wanted to maintain that feeling with updated construction, utilities and fixtures. Dane, John and Jess made certain to follow up on the details, loose ends, etc. that occur at the end of all projects. They were incredibly responsive to our requests and offered suggestions with additional services that we implemented. As an example, we did not have our crawl space waterproofed after the new foundation was added and Dane arranged to have two companies on site to assess the project and we selected the best solution for our needs. Dane is involved in the local community and trade associations and is well versed in green construction. Have Ferraro Group look at your project as they can be trusted to do it right.

Dane and his team are extraordinarily professional and honest. They take extra efforts to stand behind their craftsmanship and that of their subcontractors. They are fun to work with and have a great taste level. It was an absolute pleasure to work with the Ferraro Group and I would recommend them in a heartbeat for any size project, including new construction!

The Ferraro Group did a complete renovation of our home. Mike and his team were easy to work with and attentive to details. Updates and pictures were posted online frequently so we could see all the changes. We are very happy with the quality and details of the work performed by the Ferraro team and their trades.
