It was by far the best overall experience with a body shop I have ever had. I had them fix a botched repair from another shop on my other Subaru a couple years ago, which I was impressed with, but this was the first time I had them handle body work from the beginning of the process. Mike was very helpful and informative. He was very willing to work with me on all questions I had. The free loaner vehicle was a huge load off of me with having to drive 1.5 hrs from my home. The thing that impressed me the most was Mike found an extremely good condition used headlight for my 2002 WRX, which would normally be hard to find, but since the light that was damaged was almost brand new, I was very picky about not having any differences between headlights. Mike ended up getting a factory replacement light without adding any cost to me (I even offered to cover the extra cost). That just shows how much they focus on customer satisfaction, to take a loss on some profit. The finished repairs and paint on the car are a perfect match and Mike was very clear on explaining some outstanding issues the car has for the future if I ever get work done again. Even though I live in Manistee 1.5 hrs away, I will always bring my vehicles up to Sonny's for body work. This shop is top notch!

The customer service professionals were nice and friendly, and did not make me wait long, they did the estimate as my insurance company requires more than one estimeate. I just found a better price.

My motorcycle was damaged at work. Sonny's fulfilled the insurance claim that my employer paid for. Work was excellent, on time, and on budget.

It was awesome!! Sonny's body shop is the best auto body shop around! They make it simple. I went In dropped off my car, picked up a rental and went to work. I came back 3 days later and they had fixed my car and wheel. It looked like nothing had happened.

The work performed was perfect. When I got my Lexus back it was vacuumed and washed. The crew at Sonny's is great, all the guys are friendly and professional.
