"I apologize but I did call the number back that was left on my voicemail and I got an error message stating the number was not reachable. I didn't receive an email from this person which most people fall back on as a method of communication. Once again, I do apologize."

"I apologize to [member name removed] for not getting back to him but as he stated, this is the busy season and construction is at an all time high. I recieve 3-5 calls a day and at times just don't have the time to field them all. Unfortunately, even if I could have returned his/your call, I couldn't do the work for 8-12 months anyway, which I'm sure would have frustrated [member name removed] also. But he is correct that it is unprofessional not to return a call and for that I do apologize. I don't think it's fair to grade an "F" or even comment and blemish an untarnished record when work hasn't been done. We take great pride in our work and our reputation for exquisite workmanship but at times (such as these extremely busy ones) that we just can't handle every call or job. Once again, I do apologize for the lack of responsiveness and will strive to improve this aspect of our business. Sincerely, Scott"

Project went great. Job was done in timely manner and satisfied with the work. Workers were engaged and courteous. Would recommend SBS Exteriors to friends and co-workers and would use them again myself.

Our experience with Scott and his guys, was outstanding! We chose SBS because of some glowing references by mutual acquaintances. The whole job including the roofing went without a hitch and Scott kept us informed every step of the way. He and his crew kept our yard and house area extremely clean every day. We did have one issue where when they removed the gutter spouts and had siding off the wall. Then it rained and the water ran down the wall and came into the house but Scott immediately had a cleaning company on the spot which cleaned the room where the water came in. He also went ahead and had the carpets cleaned. One good thing that came out of the minor incident was the fact the Scott noticed that there was no insulation in the corners of the all the exterior walls. At no charge to us, he put the insulation in the wall cavities. His crew was extremely courteous and professional and were hard workers. They went well above and beyond what my wife and I expected of them. We are so pleased by their work and would recommend them to anyone needing siding, roofing or gutters!

What can I say but WOW! Not only was the quote competitive but Scott and his crew went above and beyond the scope of work outlined in his quote to help make my personal remodel an amazing success.
Scott's creative visions and suggestions on how to ensure my home would be protected for many years to come were spot on. The small details of my project make this home stand out. Scott and his crew deserve this recognition for an outstanding job. I have been in the construction industry for 8 years and had the ability to witness siding applications many times in that 8 years. Scott by far is the most hands on owner. Scott is extremely detailed, prideful and a meticulous professional whom I will say was an pleasure to work with.
Scott and his crew at SBS Exteriors is the only siding contractor I fully and 100% recommend - I look forward to using him on my future projects!
