The guys showed up on time and went right to work. We had a problem with an upstairs toilet that was leaking through our ceiling. Another plumbing company had failed to see and fix the problem. The Precision Plumbing men carefully listened to when the toilet leaked and after pulling the toilet found exactly where the problem was. They fixed it and cleaned up nicely after they were done. We were very happy!

Workers arrived on time and installation done correctly. All old parts removed and job site cleaned. Precision Plumbing and Heating workers do professional work and are very skilled.

Working with Precision was excellent. Everyone on their team is professional, courteous, helpful and prompt. I got quotes from six contractors. Precision's quote was in the middle of the price range. What caused me to select Precision was the quality of their products -- Trane furnace and Michigan-made Bradford White hot water heater -- and the quality of the whole buying process. The installation was friendly yet quick. The work area was spotless when intallation was completed. The office followed-up with the warranties and applications on my behalf for rebates from DTE and Consumers on the same day. I am very pleased that I chose Precision and look forward to many years of good service from this company. I will not shop around when I need the a/c unit replaced in the future. I will just call Precision.

Repaired leak in upstairs plumbing we called and they showed up the same day and repaired the pipe. Then they had to return to place the shower spout because we had to order a new one our contractor did the work wrong and the plumber couldn't get the pipe out. All was done correctly and in a timely manner we requested Pat to come back he was very professional and did a great job we would use again.

Called on Monday evening and arranged an appt for Tues. around 9 a.m. John called at 7 a.m. Tues. and was here before 8! Very professional. When he couldn't get furnace to stay on, he went outside, trudged through over a foot of snow and checked the tank and found it totally empty. Told me how to make sure the propane dealer turned the furnace back on after filling tank. Very apologetic about having to charge me, but I understand. (Side note: After a rather heated (no pun intended) discussion with the propane dealer, they were here in less than an hour, filled the tank, and agreed to credit my account for the furnace service bill I had to pay.) Fair is fair! Good thing I'm a quilter ---- lots of them to keep me warm!

.Excellent company, after several quotes for an air conditioning unit and being told it wasn't possible due to the location in my house I found this company. They gave me a quote for less then the other companies, and after the job was done I couldn't even tell they had been there. The other company also said I would need a wall redone and painting. I also had them install a furnace and they were able to fit me into their schedule immediately as my furnace had quit and the house was cold. Wonderful to work with, they take care of everything, I have recommended them to friends and family.

I like Precision Plumbing. I think they are the best in town. I have known the owner since I was a kid. They give superior service and they have a good reputation among builders. They are strong on service and they got out there out there quick.

Our furnace went out in sub-zero temps--of course. Precision handled everything as quickly and efficiently as possible. Can't say enough about Jeff, who came out promptly at 8 a.m. and worked nonstop for 7 hours to remove the old furnace and install the new. He took the time to explain pertinent information before he left. After he had gone, it was like he'd never been here. He was completely professional and we couldn't be happier with the work he did.

This company is really excellent to work with. From the women who answer the phones to all the service people, we have had nothing but good experiences with them. They serviced our furnace when we first moved into the house a year ago and explained everything we needed to do to keep it in good working condition. We asked them to install air conditioning and they provided the latest and most efficient equipment, installed it and explained all the functions. They returned on our next trip up the add a missing piece and inspected everything to make sure it was in good working order. The workmen were most pleasant and helpful. I would certainly recommend this company!

Everything went well from start to finish. Dan Montgomery (Comfort Consultant) came by my place one afternoon (right on time) to introduce me to the brand name Trane, furnaces and air conditioners. Dan looked over my existing furnace, did some room measurements, looked over my house from top to bottom, and from the inside, out. Dan gave me some brochures to look at, and read over. After thinking it over for awhile, I ended up going with Precision Plumbing and Heating. Dan was very professional, and he sold me on Trane, and I'm glad he did! Thank you Dan! Jeff (the installer), installed everything in two days which surprised me because, he had so much to install but, he did it, and he did it well! Jeff did an excellent job, and was professional in every way! I could tell that Jeff had years of experience in installing furnaces, and air conditioners...so obvious! Thank you Jeff, you're great at your job!!
