I can't get to the website from the email to respond. I have been trying to get some work out of them recently and I have not had an luck. I have been asking for the owner who has been making promises to come out and take a look at my windows but he doesn't show up. I have given up on them as a vendor. I am not getting things done that I really want done when I asked them to come out. The work never got done. I'm not going to mess with them anymore and I'm not going to use them. If the owner would have showed up and come out to see what was really the problem, that would be one thing. He only came out once.

When I complained about the work that they did, they brought the price down and only charged me about 50% of what they said they're going to charge. He didn't do what I asked for. That was acceptable although fighting with them over the phone for two and a half years to get somebody out there to look at the work. They needed to tell me what needs to be done because they tried to get it over the phone. They wouldn't come out and see what I was looking at. They were sending out the technician when I wasn't there and nobody was there to talk to them. They weren't really paying attention to what I was after.

Fair pricing, excellent follow up, on time delivery.

Excellent service from start to finish. The replacement window opening were measured twice and great care was given to the type of windows we preferred. The price was not the lowest, but the quality was the highest. Installation was scheduled for our convenience and done professionally. The installers took great care to avoid any damage to the inside and avoided stepping on my wife's flowers outside. Clean up was a ongoing from start to finish and not a trace of the old windows was left. Thanx for a job well done. I would recommend Old Mission for the quality of their products and the quality of their people.Darrell
