Got estimate in October. Work completed in April. They called at 8am day of saying they are coming to work on roof. Never gave us a call prior to day of that they were coming to do the work. Poor communication. Shingles didn't match, so they did 2 valleys. 4100 was estimate. They took of 500 for other valley not done. Spoke with Amy in communications to clarify. There was no details in work completed, Labor, materail ect... just 2 valleys . Asked for details, she said no. She also threatened mexwith a lean on my house if I refused to pay. Paid it anyways. Just seems schetchy.Wouldn't reccomend.

Excellent experience in every facet. From the outset, working with general Manager Sean Walsh was a pleasure. Sean came out to out home and measured it and explained the entire procedure in detail. After he left, my wife remarked, "That man is honest and trustworthy". She has always been an excellent judge of character, and she was spot on. The crew was courteous to a fault, worked harder and faster than I thought possible, while being VERY meticulous. They tore off the old roof, sealed everything, laid down the backing and finished in 2 days with time to spare. Clean up was spotless. No damage to shrubs, lawn, deck, or structure. It was a s close to perfect as one could hope for. I highly recommend Northshore Exteriors, LLC.

This was not a simple slam dunk project. Joe and his crew exceeded our expectations and earned my admiration for how well this job was done. 5 stars. Hire them if you need a new roof!

While roofing my house, Northshore diagnosed a problem area that had been looked at by other roofers and licensed builders, and fixed it. The roof looks great and no more ice buildup and water leaks.

Joe and his crew took great care of us. We had just inherited my grandmothers house and wanted a contractor we could trust to get the job done. Joe and his Crew did that for us. We will be contacting and recommending them again to all of our friends and family.

Everyone in the company that I had contact with was extremely professional (as well as very friendly.) Most contractors don't seem to understand the importance of communicating clearly and promptly with the the customer. In this case, the project manager returned my calls almost immediately every time, and all my questions were answered. The estimate was accurate, and the 10 year warranty was a wonderful bonus. The crew was simply amazing. I don't think I have ever seen such a dedicated team of hard workers. Overall, a super job. My only disappointment is that they don't also do plumbing. I would hire them in an instant.
