Description of Work: Original carpet defective. They stopped work immediately upon noticing problem. They helped in selecting alternative product. They ordered product and dealt with the manufacturer keeping me out of the "middle". New product installed and we are happy customers.

 + -1 moreThe job looked great for about three months, then some of the tiles bubbled up from below, and they broke. Now I have large holes in my floor.
Description of Work: They installed a vinyl composite tile floor in my business' bathroom and when the tiles bubbled from below, so much so that they broke, Northern Floor and Tile refused to fix it or replace it. They even refuse to come and look at it. Terrible customer service. Would never use them again. They did blame the contractor, as they were a subcontractor on this job.
