Used Michelle Gmoser as an Agent; she was never on time and was clueless on how to protect my escrow deposit. She lost bank letters that said I was no longer qualified to purchase a home due to loan programs being discontinued. She failed to relay information to the selling agent which led to a law suite that ended up costing me my partial security deposit of $500.00 and court cost and lost wages of $1000.00 to recover the remaining $2000.00 of my deposit. Her broker was no help as well and was very indifferent to my situation.
