MAISON BUILDERS

When required, Joe brings in electricians, plumbers and roofers that he has worked with for 30 years.  He does everything else himself.  because he is such a hard worker, he can beat most contractors (with crews) on price.  I was impressed with Joe's attention to detail and thinking things through in advance to short circuit a problem.  Several times i found him redoing something because he didn't like the way it came out.  Quite honestly I wouldn't have noticed anything wrong or unsightly with the first attempt.  He is a bit of a perfectionist and that's ok by me.  I found Joe Maison to be professional, and very pleasant to work with.  I will be using him on several upcoming projects this summer.

The work was completed on time, as promised and with a high level of professionalism. I have seen a marked decrease in my winter utility bills as well.

The entire project went extremely well. Joe Maison and all of his subcontractors demonstrated a thorough knowledge of all phases of construction from the foundation work all the way through to the finish work required for occupancy. We were extremely impressed with the personable and professional manner in which Maison Builders worked with the architect, village officials and county inspectors. While there were many decisions we as homeowners had to make, the entire process went without a hitch. Additionally, call backs have been non-existent. Maison Builders did things the correct way the first time!
Joe Maison's work ethic was simply outstanding, there was little time lost to coffee breaks, conversations and running for supplies. It became evident that at the end of each day, Mr. Maison thoroughly planned and prepared for what needed to be done the next day. He coordinated his subcontractors and suppliers well and no time was lost waiting for people or supplies. When asked about progress towards completion, Joe was very patient and always explained just where we were at in the building process. When he stated that he would be done with another step in the process by a certain date, he consistently finished on time.
Lastly, Maison Builders and the work they did was noticed by people in our neighborhood. Our friends shared there impressions with us and the neighbor across the street contracted with Joe to demolish her old cottage and build a new modern waterfront home.

Maison Builders and its subcontractors did beautiful work on this project. They arrived on time and handled a few minor delays in the availibility of supplies very effectively. The various aspects of the project were coordinated very efficiently and professionally. Maison Builders has done a variety of construction work for our family from 1997 to the present time. In addition to the above remodel project, Joe and his crew have done decking( complete with a Deck Dry system to create a ceiling and more outdoor living space), window replacement, and a basement remodel. I appreciate their skill, excellent customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend them for all of the above mentioned construction projects.
