We got the work done through Lowes and then a local contractor actually put them in, but we paid everything through Lowes. I think that is how they do it. Our experience went very well, I was pretty pleased. There are a couple of things though, a couple of windows were measured and then they had to redo them. It was not for any extra charge, it just delayed things a bit. I was pretty pleased with the man I worked with at Lowe's, he was very accommodating and helpful. For the cabin that we were working on, I think the deal was of a pretty good value, they were very helpful while working with us, and got the job done pretty quickly. They did a really good job. The contractors who were sent by Lowe's were professional. The guy at Lowe's, who put it all together, I mean the whole package, was really good. His name is Lynn. He is the kitchen project specialist there; he coordinated all the contractors and came out with the quotes, for the windows. I would definitely use them again. He did good-quality work using good-quality materials, and really tried to work within our budget and got us the best deal. What is really nice, is that they hire local contractors, so they are helping out the economy Michigan needs. So in that respect I was really impressed with the local contractors whom they had used. They were all great and professional, and they took pride in their work.

Every aspect was done very professionally. The sales person was very responsive to my questions. The installers were very efficient and protected my home nicely. I am thrilled with my new windows.

I have had no problems with them. I go there because my neighbor works there.
