While we were pleased overall, there were quite a few issues. A wrong cabinet was installed on a wall full of cabinets and one of the doors was a different cabinet style. KC replaced the door and offered to pull the cabinet to replace it but we declined out of concern for what might happen. The wrong glass doors were installed and these were replaced. As the project progressed, we think KC was being stretched too thin and things were falling through the cracks. Hopefully these challenges have been resolved as they are expanding.
