Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
My fiancé and I purchased a $3500 engagement ring from Kay’s Jewelers. I had to go into an emergency surgery and was in the hospital for a month. When I tried to refund the ring because the diamonds were turning yellow they refused because it was 9 days past the 60 day refund policy. They told my fiancé that he should have left the hospital to return the ring while I was in surgery. They told me the diamonds turned yellow because of my water.
