J & C HOME IMPROVEMENT OF TC

They have a tendency to consider themselves experts in home improvement. They came out and got up there, and they struck some kind of tape on it. Then they went up on the roof and said that there were a bunch of holes up there, and did something and charged me $550, but it never even slowed down the leaking. I called them, and they came back one time and looked at it and said that what they fixed wasn?t wrong up there, of course I couldn?t get up on the roof, and they never came back after that. I couldn?t even get him to come back. I have a manufactured home, and they were in there doing general repairs and I was looking for somebody that I could use as I had different things needed to be fixed, and they came out and said they can fix the roof without spending a lot of money. But by the time they returned they got over $500 and didn?t accomplish anything. They absolutely did nothing to the roof; it was never even a bit better. I think they take advantage of older people and low income people that are noble, because manufacturing houses are normally not owned by the rich.
