 + -1 moreThe job couldn't have gone more smoothly. They worked for five days at my house and each morning showed up promptly at 8:00 am and worked until 4:30 pm. Intex Painting is a first class operation and I would say the best contractor I've ever hired to work at my house. Tom and his crew gave meticulous attention to even the smallest details, their work was carried out in a professional manner (no blaring music or trash talk), they cleaned up each evening and put everything away (even their drop cloths were neatly folded) and everyone was very polite and friendly. My home looks gorgeous and I've even had people driving by stop to say how beautiful it looks. I would highly recommend Intex Painting. My grade for them is an A+++++!
Description of Work: My log sided home needed restaining. Tom Corwin, Jr., owner of Intex Painting contacted Menwood Co. (the staining product originally used) to find out which of their products would best strip off the old stain and mold. Menwood recommended their "Like New Wood" stripper and told Tom exactly how to apply it. It worked beautifully and the logs were taken down to bare wood. Tom also ordered the Menwood stain and talked to their technicians about the correct way to apply it. In addition to the re-staining, Intex painted all the trim on my home. They also stained my side of my cedar plank fence to match my house. As a courtesy to my neighbor, we left her side the light cedar color. The Intex crew gave special attention to my neighbor's garden and fish pond making sure that no spray would go on her side of the fence. They did a perfect job (absolutely no sign of my stain color on her side of the fence) and she was was very, very pleased.

 + -1 moreWe decided to get our building painted before Winter set in. In the Fall, you can't predict the amount of rain that you'll get and this Fall has brought a lot of rain. Intex was very diligent about getting the job completed despite the weather. They were successful.
Description of Work: I think the price was fair. We have a big building and two levels to paint. They painted around our schedule even though that meant they had to return at a later date.
