They screwed my taxes up, first the preparer forgot to add the major part of our income when preparing, resulting in having to do an ammended return, then after ammending, we had large packets to mail in costing us money, because we chose e-file, then we got a letter from the IRS stating that we did not qualify for an Earned Income Credit which we told her we have not qualified for since our kids have grown and moved out. This cost us fee's and penalties. H&R BLock guarantees if there are any issues where penalties are charged they will pay for the penalties and fee, I have been trying to call them and e-mail for over a week, no one calls back and no results are done.
