Excellent service. I had to reschedule my appoint time 2 days prior, and office staff were very nice about trying to arrange a different time and called me back in timely manner to let me know the new time. Door repair person was quite experienced, and knew exactly what problem was. I would call them again, very positive experience. They were great.

It went fine, but I was amazed at how much they cost, even without the motor. This is the only new garage door I have ever purchased, so I do not have any comparisons.

Just after moving into our new home, the spring that opens the garage door broke and we were unable to open our garage door. We contacted Garage Door Services Inc. to give us an estimate and make the repairs. The repair actually cost less than the estimate and we could not be happier. It turns out we have a commercial grade spring on our opener and they had to go to their shop to get the appropriate stock. Mike said he would be here at 8 am this morning and he showed up promptly. The spring was installed in less than an hour. We recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We had a huge storm here that did tons of damage, and my door had gotten blown out. They just replaced it very nicely with something that I think is much better than what I originally had.

Contacted them over the weekend via online appointment form. Received a callback Monday morning. Was able to get work done the following day. Organized and courteous. 10% off for using online form. On the one hand, they did nothing particularly technical that you can't learn from watching YouTube videos. On the other hand, since I have never had my doors professionally serviced in 8 years, I thought it would be worth the expense to have a pro at least eyeball the equipment for my peace of mind. I thought they might gouge me on the replacement sockets, but nope: about what I'd pay if I had ordered them myself. No extra labor charge. Highly recommended.

Please see above. My family had a garage door business for twenty years. The service person did an excellent job and made sure I understood the work performed and that I was satisfied with it.

Fine service, knowledgeable employees

When we went to the company he referred us to they tested the eyes and sais they were OK but the first repairman had not :realigned the eyes, as was required, after installing new batteries. They would have sold us new eyes but did not think that was the problem when we reported how the door was malfunctioning. Their repairman came out and diagnosed a bad circuit board in the overhead unit.

The main spring on our garage door broke, thus not allowing us to open the door. I left a message on Labor Day and they were out the next day to repair it. They didn't have the correct spring, so they temporarily repaired it with a cable clamp, ordered new spring, and came out as soon as it came in.
