Cooley Contracting specializes in high end custom homes. We do both new construction as well as renovations and additions. We are genereal contractors and coordinate all phases of construction from start to finish. In addition to doing large projects, we offer a wide range of services including property management, home repairs, and general maintenance.

Cooley Contracting was formed with the purpose of constructing primarily residential homes, additions. As the business has evolved we have begun offering property management, and small jobs. As general contractor, both new as well as renovations, maintenance, we will work with all of our sub contractors / suppliers to ensure that the entire project is completed in a professional & timely manner.
