Overall it went very smoothly and rather quickly considering they had to order parts. They were very professional and called me with an update a few days after they got my computer. They had to order parts (included in the repair price) and I still was able to pick up my computer less than a week later. I was extremely impressed with their pricing as well given the scope of the problem. Unfortunately, I've had hard drives go bad before and I couldn't even afford to find out if they could recover anything.

I called the company and they had a technician onsite within 2 hours. Problem resolved within about 1 1/2 hours and included replacement of the network card.
