Crew was pomp the day of the install, took about 4 hours, the new unit installation looks more professionally done than the original furnace. Cleaned up all scrap and vacuumed the floor. Would use them again great service.

Use him in home in Traverse City. Clayton followed up promptly with service call and work was done correctly, timely, and cost effective. Will always use Clayton for heating. Excellent man and very competent heating person.

All done in one day. Only problem was some damage to one of the ceiling panels removed to run exhaust stack. New furnace works well and is quiet.
