I will never use this vet again. I brought in my dog, suggesting that she had an internal infection, this was confirmed. I asked the doctor an approx price for the procedure, stating that the emergency vet in town wanted 900.00, the vet assured me the price would be no where near this. My total came to 1128.00 and I was charged for everything down to the amount of cotton that was used. When I tried to question the bill, I was completely shut down and told someone would call me. I was required to pay this amount in full. AND my dog ended up needing additional procedures to the mistakes that had been made with this vet, whom my family has been loyal to for over 30 years. WE NO LONGER USE THIS ANIMAL HOSPITAL.

It all went well I call them up to find out how much a certain things coast and they where kind and friendly and they answered all my questions that I had about the certain product or about them and I would refer them to this clinic...

The doctor visit was fine. My dog had a large growth (the size of a pear) on her jowl. The doctor said they could remove it but it would be very expensive. My dog was 12 years old and not doing well so I thought I'd hold off. Not long after, the growth started to leak blood all over and I had to call the emergency number. I took my dog to the emergency clinic on Veteran's Drive. The doctor was nice and quoted me a price that was a couple hundred dollars less than it would have been at Clark-Everett and I attributed this to the fact that they weren't going to do all the initial blood work. I left my dog overnight and my daughter went to pick her up the next morning. They said the vet had made a mistake and the price was actually much, much more than they had quoted and more than it would have been if I'd have let Clark-Everett do it during normal hours. What was I going to do? I couldn't leave the dog there so I paid it but I am still dissatisfied with the fact that what he quoted was so far off and it was just up to me to pay it. The surgery was done well and there were no complications. Clark-Everett was nice enough but this is their partner service and when I told them what had happened they weren't surprised and offer no solutions. So, I would give Clark-Everett an A/B but I won't go there again because of their emergency service.
