Description of Work: I purchased a home through one of their realators by the name of Mike Cummings with in the first few weeks I had to replace the furnace, hot water heater and know my water was shut off because he did not do a proper survey on the property before he sold it so now I have to spend 4000.00 for a new well to be drilled I would not recommend this company to anyone.

At first everything was going well. We found that there was a communication breakdown with the realtor. He was a bit farther than our home and we felt as though he wasn't really hearing what we were saying resulting in a lot of misunderstandings and communications breakdowns. The home did not sell through this sellers agent.
Description of Work: They listed our home online along with photos. Also added a for sale sign in front of the house. Answered phone calls about the house in regards to questions or potential buyers and intermediaries for 1 home offer.
