They do a good job and they were quick. I get my vehicle serviced there all the time and they give it a hundred point inspection for a year.

We regularly have our oil changed and this time was my truck. I took it in and drove right into the garage. The staff quickly went to work on my truck. They checked all the lights, tires, fluids, wipers, filter and cleaned/vacuumed the interior. They changed the oil and filter and checked the other motor fluids. I asked about the fluid levels and gave me easy answers about them. I was in and out in 20 minutes and very satisfied with the professionalism and product used.

I took our company van to Bill Marsh for brake problems. The rears were grinding badly. We had had them inspected, supposedly by another fleet garage and they said there wasn't any problems. Marsh performed the inspection and found a rear disk locked up and not releasing from the rotor. they replaced the caliper and rotors and pads and did an oil change. The car was done that afternoon. They provided a pick up from my place of work that was on time and brought me to the garage to pick up the van. Payment was easy using our fleet card. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Great job great people honest pricing. I have never felt over charged just because they are a dealership. I have shopped around and compared pricing and they are in the average in most cases. Never been told I needed something that I didn't never been pressured.

I went to Bill Marsh Auto Group looking for a new (used) vehicle. I was a loyal customer and had purchased a number of brand new vehicles from them. The vehicle I was trading in had been purchased from them and was a good trade-in...low mileage for age and in great shape. This dealership has several new brands it sells, as well as used vehicles and not located in the same geographical location. In looking at the different locations, each time I looked at a different vehicle, unknowingly, the salesman I had for that location ran my credit. Hence, several pings came up on the my credit report. With my credit already stressed, these credit checks caused my insurance score and credit score to be adversely affected. Not only would they not try to find a lender, but they caused me more grief after the fact with my credit standing. Why does one dealership have to run numerous credit checks. Their communication between stores should certainly be addressed. How many other people have they hurt because of this?

I have dealt with them before. They are conscientious and caring. If I lived there they would be asking if everything is alright and to make sure the car was up to day. The service is fine and that's a good feeling. You come in the front door to get a car and they will deal with you. They do deal, it is not a one price.

They’ve got a great service manager named Ben. They listen to what your needs are – what your problems are – and they make every effort they can to remediate the problem. They’re very client-centered.
