Pretty simple, dropped the car off in the morning, they phoned me with the estimate to redo the pads and rotors (car has had brake conversion to power brakes done on it) and picked it up later that day. They are one of the more professional shops that you can trust in Traverse City. You could maybe find someone cheaper but these are your brakes we're talking about, find something else to skimp money on.

They were able to look at and do the repairs in one day. They are fairly prompt and I believe they have a shuttle service if needed, but I have not used it. They have a really good warranty in their labor and parts on their service with either 30,000 or 40,000 miles. I haven't had anything that has broken or problems that they have done.

Very happy with the service. Was treated with respect and the work was done a full day early. Helped make arrangements for daily rental. Drove me to pick up the rental and would have picked me up at the rental and returned me to pick up my car if needed.
