Worst service and unprofessionalism I’ve ever seen out of a local business. I have met Steve in person and used him on multiple occasions, but I would never recommend him to any other local business.

IT TOOK STEVE BIGELOW ABOUT 45 MINUTES TO REMOVE THE STAINS FROM THE CARPET. THE STAINS HAD DRIED AND HAD SOAKED IN. THE STAINS ALL DISAPPEARED-- NO TRACE OF THEM.

I needed carpets cleaned on short notice. I had originally called Scott's Carpet Cleaning and when they were not available, they highly recommended Bigelow Carpet. I called, left a message and they got back to me right away. They were able to fit me in on the day I needed. Steve called me that morning to keep me informed of arrival time. Pricing is based on sq ft. Upon arrival, he measured the areas to be cleaned and gave me a quote. I got a 10% discount because there was no furniture in the house. He did an excellent job deep cleaning the carpets and they were dry in a few hours. He also checked the dryer vent and air vents and made some recommendations.  He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely call Bigelow again in the future.
