Jeff Peckens was easy to work with and spent a great deal of time helping us choose the perfect flooring. We hadn't found the hardwood flooring we wanted after several stops, but finally did at Bay View Flooring and were impressed with the variety of choices available. Their pricing was reasonable and installation professional and well done.

They did fine. There were a couple of spots from the trim. The trimmed piece was only so long. It was maybe a half inch short and they kind of fudged it a bit. I don't know if that was the right thing to do. Maybe they should have spliced another foot onto it or something. It was a transition piece for a length of carpet. It was in an inconspicuous spot, which is good where they put it. You had to look real close to see it. Other than that, it turned out really well. They came out right away. They were good. They were there when they supposed to be. They were about a half hour late. They were good guys. They knew what they were doing. I would recommend them.

It went fine. They had to come back and fix a few things that they messed up and it took probably another 2 weeks to get that done on top of the four weeks that they had come to install it. I never talked to the contractor, only to the installer. They treated me not as well as they should have. They could have respected my age a little bit more. I was a first time home buyer and he expected me to have every single answer to every single question. He treated me like I was 26 instead of treating me like I was an adult that was making a strong financial decision.

We’ve been happy with them. We had a little problem with scheduling that was nobody’s fault but it happened. The price was really good. Their quality of work is good. They are in-and-out; they are friendly but not too friendly. They come in, do the work and they get out.

The owner of the company called me and explained their method of measuring etc.. In good faith, Cash N Carry accepted the excess wood and credited my account. They did not have to do that but they did and I"ll use them again if they will accept me. HAPPY CAMPER!

Cash n Carry has always gone above and beyond. We are one of the biggest builders in the area and we always use Cash n Carry. I would recommend them for anything from a bedroom to a complex environment where the most attention and details are needed.
