Carpet Cleaning
The job was quoted with furniture to be moved. When worker showed up
he refused to move the beds in two bedrooms. To make matters worse he
was leaving drop cloths but not covering areas in hall rug. We had to
ask him to wear footies so as to not track dirt in from outside. We were
given various excuses over not moving any furniture. Essentially this
was a bait and switch charging for furniture moving and not doing any.
In fact, he even refused to move an arm chair and just cleaned around
it. Called the office again, where we were told that they were going to
pack up and not finish the job leaving us with sopping wet carpeting in
our master bedroom. This is a far from professional company
