They are very thorough, and personable. I think they might be a little pricey, but I think they are worth it.

I indicated when we came in that it was our first time and that we were looking into moving our veterinary care to their office. They did ask for my dogs shots records but never followed up in giving them to my dog. As i checked out I asked for information about the office saying once again that we may be switching practices. They didn't seem sure what to give me about the office and finally gave me a pamphlet about their animal well-care program.The front desk seemed disorganized and we did not receive good service. The tech that handled my dog was rough with my dog who was shaking and not kind to my dog at all. The vet seemed to be the only competent one there. She was kind, sensitive, sympathetic and gentle with my dog and with us. Great job vet! I only wish that this vet had her own practice because we would definitely go there, but the rest of the staff left us with a bad impression.

Banfield provided a clean and pleasant clinic, kind people, well-trained professional veterinarians and vet techs, courteous and effective service, and two follow up calls from staff in the days afterward. Amazing service, great results.

We dropped them off and they were very kind and understanding my fears and worries about the pup having surgery, they called us as soon as she was out of surgery as well as to let us know when we could pick them all up. They always treat our pets as family and while the animals aren't thrilled to need their services they still love and enjoy visiting the people.
