Art and his staff were proactive in finding a fuel leak and also a leaking high pressure hose to the power steering pump. The only negative was that he didn't give me an estimate in writing for the power steering repair and we miscommunicated as to the labor charge involved so that when he did give it to me I was shocked. By that time the item was already disassembled. Would you believe he actually adjusted my bill? Now that is honesty and integrity. As a retiree I have to watch my budget very carefully. What I thought was going to run about $500 came in higher than I could afford, so that I would have done less to my SAAB to keep the bill down, but lacking that choice, he was very compassionate. I will go back again.
