I will never use this company again. My power went out due to storm damage on Aug 3 2023. The service manager, Kerri Scheller, told me I would have to wait for inspector to come out before they could finish the job, which is completely NOT True. When there is storm damage you fix it and then it can be inspected and if anything needs to be up to code you can do it then. It took many phone calls to Kerri and finally had to have TCLP call and tell her that it was okay to hook up electricity. Guess what the inspector came 5 days later and said everything was fine. She was going to have me wait 5 days to get my electricity back on! And they charged me $2542 when they quoted me $2000. This was to fix the mast and new electrical box on outside of house. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY- AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

VERY GOOD NO PROBLEMS

The work was completed quickly and competently once the electrician arrived.  However, the first appointment was missed and i needed to call the dispatcher several times to get the work scheduled.  The electrician forgot to install the basement fixture on the first visit and had to return.  As of this writing the invoice has still not arrived.
I have no complaint about the quality of the work but finalizing the time when the electrician would actually do the job was a challenge.

We have always liked them and they do a good job. We have had them out several times and their prices are pretty fair. I will use them again in the future.

(Continued from above) I called a well guy. The well motor had gone bad also. My wellman put in the new pump motor but the well still wouldn't run. After spending 45 minutes going between the well site and the electrical controls, the well man discovered the control box was wired wrong. I called Advantage Electric and explained the situation to them. They had the guy that was here call me back. I told him about the box being wired wrong and he said the guy at the supply store wired it for him to save him some time. I never even received so much as an apology for his wiring mistake. My wellman rewired the control box and the pump worked.
