The technician came out and found a hose that was not properly installed. He technician was able to fix the hose. The machine was under warranty, so there was no charge. It took a month after being contacted by Samsung to come out. It took another two weeks after their initial visit to come out and fix the issue.

They didn't know how to work on the appliance when it broke. They looked professional until they spoke. They were there when they said they would.
