We were very pleased with the work they FINISHED--which was only the sewer line. On the rest, not so much. They were very friendly, but VERY INEXPERIENCED in putting a second bathroom into an existing house. Unfortunately, WE didn't have any experience in this either--we were depending on them to tell us what needed to be done and when. They didn't have an actual plan for our project, and didn't tell us that the framing should have been done before they installed the pipe in the basement floor. This resulted in a lot of confusion. After they'd been working in our basement for about three weeks, they were going to charge us to jackhammer up pipe that THEY'D laid incorrectly, due to their lack of planning. They also didn't stick to the written quote they'd provided us. At four weeks into the project, we decided we'd had enough with the delays and mistakes, and contacted an experienced contractor who specialized in bathroom renovations. We paid off our balance and moved on.
Description of Work: We needed our sewer line snaked out, and while they were there, we found out the line was completely broken and needed replacement. In for a penny, in for a pound, so we asked them how much they'd charge us to build us a second bathroom in our basement at the same time. They said they were just beginning to get into that sort of thing, and quoted us a reasonable price for both the sewer line and the second bathroom.

I called them on Saturday and they didn't get to my home until Monday morning. I called my home warranty company and they gave me the phone number for these guys. They resolved everything for 2 weeks but as of this morning the problem re-occurred when my laundry tub almost overflowed. They told me at the time they could do more extensive work for over $3000, but I paid $75 and problem still exists, so I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
Description of Work: I had them come out and snake the drain in front of my furnace that goes down to the main sewage drain.
