We are glad to be done now, but the workers were overall pretty great guys. The company worked with us on getting all the correct items, color, quality etc. It went very smoothly.

For the most part the experience was good. There were a few details that we had to iron out, but ultimately it was fine. They do good work although you have to have all the details sorted out so you know what is going to happen and what isn't. They were helpful well before the work because we had a leak so they came out and tarped the roof and did not charge us. There were some personal property things that got damaged because they did not move them out of the way -- they cut a hose -- but they compensated us for it so it was fine. The cleanup was pretty good. There was still a little debris here or there, but nothing more than you would experience with anybody so they left the property in pretty good shape other than the hose being cut. I would recommend him. Just like with any contractor you need to make sure all the details are put together. They showed up when they needed to.

Booko Brothers was a very bad experience. Our home was damaged by a fallen tree and water that entered during the storm when the tree fell. Booko Brothers came highly recommended by the insurance company. They caused additional damage by causing more water to get into the house (improper or no tarping). The worst part is that when they put the roof on, they installed the vents wrong, cutting very large holes in the roof wood. This voided any warranty on the vents and we have to have the roof fixed and possibly totally redone in the spring.
