Average plumber in terms of the work, but very difficult to work with. Never cleaned up the job site. The last time he was due at the house, he told me he would be there tomorrow to finish. After repeated calls, he answered a month later-- no explanation or apology, which delayed two other trades. He is a challenging personality, can be volatile at times.
