We also carry the following certifications through the National Home Remodelers Association and National Home Builders Associations Certified Graduate Remodeler Certifed Graduate Builder Certified Aging in Place Specialist EPA Lead Abatement Contractor We work primarily off of referrals, so how we treat our customers and the quality of workmanship is critical for our business to flourish in the next 25 years as it has for the past 25 years. "After explaining to the customer about the poor quality of the quality of cabinets that they origianlly desired and after we offered other higher quality of cabinets within the same budget. The customer choose to disreguard our professional advice and went with the poor quality of cabinets. The cabinets that we have already had bad experiences with were recieved damaged from the company that manufactors the cabinets and was blamed on Pavlika Incorporated for the damage. This company had no control over how the products were shipped and how they were recieved. The job took longer to complete than previously expected due to the fact that Pavlika Incorporated was waiting for the replacement cabinets from the cabinet company; again, nothing we could have controlled."
