Jamie did a phenomenal job setting up this entire trip! We had our airfare before we consulted TC and Jamie about the trip; we just told them our arrival and departure dates and asked that they fill in the gaps. I told them I wanted the following: to see Arenal, monkeys, sloths, parrots, and tucans. I told them I also wanted beach time. In eight days, they had us all over the country to the different regions to meet my "must see" demands. From the time we landed at the airport, a guide met us and took us to the hotel immediately near the airport. The hotel assisted us with local "things to see" since we were only there for a few hours. The next morning, a guide met us and delivered us to Arenal. While there, we always had a guide. Another guide delivered us to Jacó. That guide was with us to show us everything we wanted to see while there. A couple days later, another guide took us across the water to the Nicoya Peninsula to show us that place and do all the excursions we wanted. At the end of the trip, another guide brought us back to the original hotel to wait for our flight out in the morning. We were never alone unless we were on the resort property unless we requested to be. We ate at local places on the local economy per our request. Without Jamie having planned this step by step trip, we would have had much added stress. Jamie gave us the itinerary as well as a list of who was picking us up and at what time and to do what. We had few questions as everything was pretty much planned out for us. Our trip was fabulous not only was it completely fun and all the things that were planned were top notch. The price could not have been beat our hotel was amazing everything we had with our trip was amazing and we could not have done it without their help. The excursions that were planned were better than anything that I had heard from others that had also been to Hawaii. I will plan all of my trips through this company. I have sent many of my friends and family to them knowing they will be treated wonderful.

The trip was great! From the beginning, TC and Jamie held our hands through the booking process. They set us up with the trip of a lifetime! It included transportation, hotels, transfers, meals, and a cruise.

My wife has been hounding me for several years to take a cruise. We travel 45-60 days annually and I have never had any desire to take a cruise. I am one that enjoys the drive to and from our destination and I do a lot of scenic driving at our destination. I was not interested in being stuck on a boat for any amount of time. I feared complete boredom.

Premier Cruise Planners is run by a husband/wife team. TC and his wife Jamie were able to find a short cruise to a warm location for a very affordable price! They ensured me that I would have a great time and would return to them for more trips. They were right! They set me up with some great excursions and we had a blast while out to sea! I am not interested in casinos, bars, or shows. That being said, I did not take advantage of those on-board opportunities. However, I took advantage of so many other hidden gems on the ship due to their advice!

What did they do for me that was above and beyond what anyone else has ever done on any of my trips?
-Treated me as a best friend. Knew my name, the name of my family members, knew our likes/dislikes. They formed an intimate bond with the family and treated us as we've been best friends for years. I'm used to being a commission for others in the industry.
-Provided personalized service (they catered to my odd requests at all hours)
-I was not sure where I would stop while driving to and from the port. A few hours prior to stopping for the night, I called them and asked them to find me a place and email me the address. They did that. I did not have to worry about where I would be stopping. They handled it. When I asked for one star, they gave me one star. When I asked for 4 star, they gave me 4 star. When I wanted a haunted hotel, the worked on that, too! Very odd requests, successfully fulfilled!
-They set me up with a Disney package at a much better rate that I have ever received before. My family frequents Disney. I always thought I was getting the best pricing (including the use of my Air Force MWR privileges). I was wrong! I would like to mention that they are graduates of the Disney College of Knowledge. They are Disney frequenters, too. They have all the tips and tricks!
-They were in constant contact with me for several weeks as I popped them off emails or Facebook messages about passport concerns, etc

While their company name would identify them as cruise planners, they have a plethora of land-based trips, too! They are even working on a group Oktoberfest in Germany! They are not limited to this side of the globe or to the sea.

One regret about starting to work with them now:
-I did not work with them sooner! THEY ARE GREAT! I have referred two of my closest business contacts to them as well as one friend and one family member. All have booked with them. In fact, a couple have a few trips they are working on with Jamie and TC. And...my referrals to TC and Jamie have sent additional referrals to them! It should be known not all these referrals are in this area code/time zone. They can work with anyone, anywhere.

3 days on the ship with a stop in Nassau and another on Coco Cay ($700)
Hotel stays to and from the port as well as a short stay in Orlando for a Disney visit ($400)
