 + -1 moreWe felt that Ed worked in our best interests. He found legitimate issues and helped us understand the magnitude of each. He also pointed out especially nice things about the house giving us peace of mind that overall the house was solid, but still needed some repairs to correct areas of deterioration.
Description of Work: Ed inspected a residential property we were purchasing and spent several hours with us checking everything, from the basement to up on the roof. He also took time to show us how to "use" the house (i.e. light the fireplace, gas valves, water, etc.) He has a terrific approach to the inspection and delivers a thorough report.I would recommend him and I would use him again if needed in the future.
