We were in nearly daily contact with Danielle Perry...she would send us properties, we would send her listings we had found. When we found a property we wanted to see, each time she had us scheduled either the same or next day. She was always available and patient and was so flexible with our schedules. When we found "THE" house we filled out the contract on site and she called the realtor before we left the house to tell him we were sending an offer. Closing was a breeze...she made everything so easy! We will be buying investment properties in the coming years and will use her for every one!
