BROTHER'S CONSTRUCTION

We had an airing deck that was leaking and we contracted them to lay down a special material to seal it. They came when I wasn't home and painted the surface of the airing deck with silver paint and told my wife it was done and got her to sign a receipt saying we accept the work and the charges. Legally I didn't have a leg to stand on. They're thieves and liars; if you want to risk the same thing, hire them.

They were timely in getting back to me, and they showed up when they said they would. The work was satisfactory, and the stuff they fixed stayed fixed. I also thought their price was very fair.

Tim was on top of the job from the start and promised it will be done right.  Very trustworthy

Telephone service was excellent - several options provided for time of visit.
Service person was friendly and on time - called before showing up to make sure I was home.
Found source of problem and repaired in one visit.  Leaks stopped.

I had gutters replaced and other jobs done by them as well. Overall I was very happy with them and would use them again.

It went just fine. He did most of the job in a couple of days, but the follow-up work turned out to be a little delayed. That didn't bother me at all, though; it may bother someone else, however. His prices were very reasonable.

We were very happy with them. They were helpful, punctual and did the work promptly and to our complete satisfaction. We've already recommended them to other people as well.

I called in the morning to request an estimate. "Rick" and his crew came out within a couple hours. They were very professional and ended up doing the work right away. I would use Rick and Brother's construction again for gutter/roofing work.

Mr. Poisson arrived on time and completed the above job in less than 4 hours. He took due care before beginning cuts to make sure hole was correct distance between joists and from outside wall. Very trouble-free installation.

The entire project was done within 10 days of the estimate. In fact, they quoted the job on the spot. Everyone we spoke with (and all the subs) were very friendly, professional and highly responsive. People who fail to return calls in a timely manner are a pet peeve of mine. Al and Rick at Brother's Construction were very proactive and managed our expectations at every step. What a refreshing thing to see in an industry that seems inherently lazy. The work quality and materials were top-notch. I'm very particular and spent time with Rick looking for flaws in their work. None were found and I'm gladly handing final payment to these guys tomorrow.

Talked to Al Poisson on the phone (super nice guy) and he had someone out within the hour! Rick(?) diagnosed the problem after a quick trip on the roof and told me he could take care of it for $175.00. No nonsense company and I had my roof repaired within three hours of the first phone call. How can you beat that?

Amazing. The owner is wonderful and they actually care about the quality of their work. If something is not done correctly, they make sure that it is taken care of immediately. The work was completed in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this company.

They were very punctual, did all work in an orderly and professional fashion. They did a very nice job, everything looks great and seems to be in proper working order.
