The plumber arrived within a few minutes of the stated time. All work was completed and tested in a reasonable time. The plumber also explained the flashing status lights so I would know what how to understand the water heater.

AWESOME! He told us that we most likely could get the faucet replaced for FREE by the company which made it. As He only drove less than a mile to our house, he did not charge us a huge service fee. He is coming back once we get the replacement faucet (and yes, we are getting this very expensive faucet for free!). We had contacted someone else before and that person DID NOT fill us in on the free replacement and included the price for a replacement faucet in their estimate!

Chris was not able to remove the anode rod from the water heater. He and his helper tried very hard and decided that applying more force may have catastrophic consequences. So, he did not charge a cent for his services or even a house call. While working in the water heater, Chris noticed a leaky valve nearby and fixed it. Again, no charge. They showed up on time and were very friendly and professional.

As described above the problem was identified and corrected in just several hours time. He even called back and gave me a name of a man that could plaster up my ceiling---these people are hard to find.
