Service person was arrogant and answers to our questions were wrong! Air in our line, it turns out was coming from iron treatment equipment, like we thought, not from "porous rock".They just didn't want to fix it. We found out today from a well expert that Bailey's service person was totally wrong--- as we thought, and their mistake cost us at least $125 and probably more. They do not stand by their shoddy equipment, either. Avoid this company. They used to be good until ownership changed.

They did excellent work, were courteous, punctual and cleaned up well. Their price was a little higher than some other bids we got but they do offer a warranty with their work.
