Terrible experience. They beat me out of close to $200.00

Overpriced for what you get

Service is good. Only complaint is a service call I experienced. I went to refer a friend through their "wow a friend" page, and the page was not operating properly, the page redirected me to call customer service. I called and was told to go to the web page, which of course I told them I already did. They ignored me and continued to walk me through the process of "wowing a friend" on the web page, I insisted over and over again that I had already done this. They continued to ignore me and kept trying to walk me through the web page. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied. I eventually got so frustrated that I hung up. called back a different and spoke to another representative who helped me and got everything sorted out.

It costs $150 plus tax. We've got 15 meg internet speed. We have Ultra TV, but no premium channels. I like that they offer HD. I like that their call center people are based in United States and speak English. I like that they are professional and considerate on the telephone and responsive to customer concerns. I like those things. They cut certain channels that I enjoyed. They bundle and force people to subscribe to bundles of channels when the customer will not necessarily watch certain channels. So, I'm essentially paying for what I don't want. I can't do anything about it. The price goes up every year and then I have to call to ask for them to renew a discount.

They could improve their transmission quality. A lot of times there is digital interference. They could also stop playing the price game that all the cable companies seem to want to play.

Had to call and complain about the increase in my bill.  
No problem with them to adjust it back to what they quoted a year ago.

They're fairly big. They're terrible. We've have them out a number of times. They don't even know how to fix anything. We've lost all kinds of channels because they refused to contract with whoever. They keep upping the rates.

Their customer service is the best. We haven't had any issues with them. When we call them, they take care of it. With regard to price, they are like everybody else. They raise the price, but when I always call them, they also reduce it too.

The service is good. We can only record 2 shows at a time where my daughter can do 6 shows. To upgrade would cost more. If we have problems we call and they take care of us over the phone.

A grounding wire had come loose from the cable box & we called to have it replaced.  They gave us a date & time & took care of it in no time.  We have been with WOW cable for many years & have been very satisfied with their service.  When we had the East Coast power outage, they came out to check on customers.  Since we had no power for days, they couldn't do much but promised to come back.  As with all cable companies, the price has gone up but not too much.  I feel that we get the best service for the price & don't intend to change.

The installation experience was great.  The tech was on time, polite, neat and helpful. Great customer service.

Have had problems with hooking up accessories and they stayed on the phone with me until same was complete which was about an hours and 1/2. Anytime I call they never ask is the bill is paid; unlike my previous carrier only want to know how they can help. Have had no billing errors with this company. I have firends and co-workers who also say with this provider due to their customer service.

Easy to reach. Always eager to help with problems. Able to send service repair personnel within a very near window of time. Very professional and respectful when being in your home

The service man called because he was earlier than scheduled. He was knowledgeable and professional. He took his time and answered our questions. We like the upgrade.

I suddenly did not have internet access.  The tech came to my home, was polite and prompt, and I had accidently pushed the internet off button on my modem.  He was helpful in getting my computer back on line.
