We had previously hired Tallon to replace our roof, quite a few years ago. They were not inexpensive but did a quality job. We were very pleased. After that experience, we did not hesitate to have them do the ceiling on our porch. It took one day to remove the old ceiling and install the new one. The work was completed by one young man who worked steadily from dawn to dusk. Very professional. Clean up was great, finished job perfect. You get what you pay for.

I want to thank Tallon Construction for the flat roof installed at the back of our home (about 6 x 16 foot section). We had had a company replace our whole house roofing including the flat roof. The flat roof ended up being installed wrong despite several attempts by the company to correct it. It leaked into our brand new remodeled kitchen and ruined drywall and paint etc. So, we found Tallon Construction to redo the flat roof. Tracy Falls, their sales guy, was friendly and kind and very helpful with his advice and guidance. He was not pushy but made sure we understood what products would help or not, and which techniques would help or not. He was honest if we asked if things could be done but there was a limitation (ie not adequate spacing for adding sloping). He worked with us to make sure the roof was done so that an upstairs safety railing could be installed later without harming the protection of the rubber membrane.



Unfortunately, we were a very small job and we had an extremely wet spring and summer, so our project got delayed from spring to middle of July. We wished it had been done sooner, but we also understand the weather limitations as well.



The guys who installed the roof were personable and seemed to be very knowledgeable and efficient with this type of torch down roof installation. They removed the previous roof, checked to make sure there were no issues with decking or rot. It took half a day inclusive of clean up.



About two weeks later, we had torrential rains. We noticed our small bathroom in another part of the house had been rained into (the ceiling inside was down for other reasons). We called Tallon and they insisted on coming out and checking their work right away. Tracy Falls came out and did a beyond thorough checking complete with garden hose testing and actually helped my husband narrow it down to us having left an upstairs screen open during the rain (embarrassing!). Everything is perfect now. We are happy with the roof. A railing was installed shortly after (not thru Tallon....they do railings but we had specific design and materials required to match our lower deck...Tallon offered aluminum railings) and everything worked great with that too.



Thank you, Tallon, for your flat roof expertise and for fixing the last contractor's mess. We wish we had gotten Tallon from the start for our larger house project.

They did an excellent job. They said it would be partially effective but it was completely effective.

I really wasn't happy with them. Although, after confronting the boss, he had sent the same gentleman out and went over some things with me. What he did when he came back out was put some tar over the nails that he had missed from the first time.

we had to reschedule several times they were very understanding and when we found an agreeable date they showed up on time did the work cleaned up and left in one day I was surprised that they finished so quickly I watched the whole operation and the employees were very professional and friendly.

From start to finish, working with Tallon Construction was great! The salesman who came out gave all of the information we needed to make good decisions about what we wanted. The prices they quoted were less than the other quotes we received. Other than the delays getting the necessary permit (a city issue,) The work was completed quickly and they were good about cleaning up when finished. They were very careful with our flower gardens, so as not to cause any damage. It was really easy for the city inspector. He looked at everything and was very pleased.

I had a good experience. The guy who did the estimate actually came out and did the work himself and he also helped kind of straighten somethings out of my dryer store. He went a little bit above and beyond. It was a little expensive maybe.

They were quick and cleaned up all they had removed, as well as extra materials from the work. They caused no disruption.

I just found that the quote was expensive enough and the salesperson let me feel like there's much pressure. They came and showed up when they're supposed to.

The garage was in great need of a fix-up. The estimate from Tallon was by far the best and I am very glad I used them. They stayed with the estimated cost, were careful of the plantings around the garage and worked professionally. The garage looks great and I recommend this company.

Tallon arrived on schedule to provide us with both an estimate and a plan on how to fix a reoccurring window problem. Their work was on schedule; no loud radios blarring, no sloppy mess. They have also repaired a section of our roof the year prior (another company did the original work). Tallon provided a solid guarantee for their work. The company has an established business with solid credentials and this is how we selected Tallon to do our work.

I am very happy with the work that Tallon did. I had exposed flashing on my roof that needed to be sealed. I also needed a section of gutter added to reduce the chances of water running under the shingles and causing any damage.
The Tallon inspector showed up on time and walked me through what could be done to address the concerns I had. I thought the inspector was very knowledgeable and presented good solution ideas.
The Tallon construction/install rep showed up on time, was very professional and did a great job. He even went above and beyond by adding some sealer to other areas of my roof that were not part of the job description. I was very impressed with the level of work Tallon did.
I felt that the price I paid was a little high for the level of work that was done. However, the quality of work, and professionalism of Tallon was first rate. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future. I would recommend Tallon to anyone who needed a roofing contractor.

though a little more expensive than the other estimates, this is our third roof with them. They did a very professional and quick job--it looks great, and we are very pleased with their prep work, and clean-up as well. I think they could improve if they had their crew wear and quot;Tallonand quot; shirts instead of individual street clothes, but that was just superficial. They did an excellent job.
