Siberian Home Inspections

My wife and I purchased a home and decided we needed a home inspection before signing the final papers. Our realtor recommended Siberian Home Inspections; we had not heard of them, nor were we acquainted with David before this time. We contracted Siberian Home Inspections and David quickly responded to our calls, emails, and setting a date to perform the service. He was very timely on the day of the inspection, even arriving at the home before us. He was respectful of the home and property, taking care not to damage anything and even removing his shoes in the home. He readily answered questions, giving explanations if required, and was professional in every way. His competence reassured us that the home is in sound condition and that there are no major issues. I was able to accompany him during the inspection, although I declined going up on the roof or in the attic through an access panel. He emailed a copy of his report, complete with pictures, comments, and recommendations. I cannot say enough good things about the service performed by David, nor of him as a person, and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a competent and thorough home inspection.
