New Generation Hardwood Floor Services

We just closed on the house and were looking for someone who could held us stain the existing hardwood floors before moving in. This company was responsive to our calls, came to do a free estimate in a timely manner and provided the services we were looking for at a price point that was in our budget. However with an older house, we hoped they could also fix some of the squeaky areas on the floor, but were unable to do this. Work was completed in 1 week's time but payment was sought before services were completely rendered. Also, we wanted them to touch up the baseboards where some of the stain was splashed, and they did not complete this part of the job.

From beginning to end Dan was an absolute pleasure to work with. Of course we started our project right around Christmas (week of) but it was handled with precision. We’ve had this work done before with others and Dan’s effort, skill, and professionalism stand out. Pricing is very reasonable. Attention to detail was spot on. Just hire the man. He and his helpers are clean and hard working. Just the team you’d want to tackle your project.

The team completed the job in a timely fashion, despite being a bit off schedule. Dan's expertise gave us assurance as new homeowners, although in the future we would want someone who could help us with the squeaks in the floors, since we bought an older home. Overall, we were pleased with the project, the new floors add an updated look to the house, and were happy with the price of the job.

Outstanding service. We had 600 plus square foot of hardwood floors sanded, next to no dust was created. Minimal amount if any wood actually removed during the process. Freshly painted shoe molding had no scuff or sanding marks. Color samples were applied on our floor so we could see what it would look like before the final finish was applied. New finish was applied, and two coats polyurethane. Absolutely outstanding service and quality.
