Repairman had all materials and tools required to do installation.
Also, work performed in a very timely manner and repairman was very open to any questions.

After trying to get my father to replace his windows because the seals were broken and the panes fogged, I finally found Leigh's Windows and Glass. They came to the house and explained the process of replacing the glass panes with new seals. Quoted a price. There were 16 window panes that needed to be replaced. Total cost was $1200.00 which we thought was VERY reasonable given the cost of new windows. They also give a 10 year warranty on the windows. He then measured each one to be replaced. We paid 1/2 deposit. Told us it would be approximately 10 days to cut all the windows. True to their word, in ten days they called to say the glass was ready and came out the same day. The workers were great!

When the opening was measured it was found that the curb was not level (side walls were good). This required that a custom piece be fabricated by the door manufacturer to compensate for the condition. All would have gone well except this custom piece was either manufactured wrong or the initial measurements were wrong. Because the top of this fabricated part was not level, the side pieces that sat on top of this part were now not level. The bottom line of all this dialogue was that the top of the door was out of parallel with the header. The installers said nothing and I did not notice the issue until after they had left. Now the good news......I called Leigh's and they promptly sent someone out to review my complaint. They agreed to have a custom side piece made at their expense to resolve the issue. This custom piece resolved the top parallelism concern. The bottom of the door is not parallel but I can live with it.

Everything went well from initial phone call to final pickup. They even mentioned that if I bring in the window myself (not that difficult) I could save the $60 pick up charge. This was a recommendation from our association management company and Leigh's was just great.
